Keep getting "ERROR_USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED - Usage limits exceed" on Education Plan

Hi,

I am on an Education Plan for 1 year, and have a single project in existence. I try to make a new project, and I get the error "ERROR_USAGE_LIMIT_EXCEEDED - Usage limits exceed". I'm pretty sure I should be able to make as many projects as I want, or definitely more than 1. How can I fix this?

At the top of your Data Panel, are you connected to your Team account?
