Joints not updating

After I made some changes in the parts such as scale and so on, The joints between the parts its not been updated. 

Do I have to rejoint them, or there is a way to solve it!!

if you are working in a parametric design, you have to be aware of when certain operations are applied.  If you create a joint, and then scale the component, but that scale happens after the joint, the joint will not be affected.  Instead, roll back before the joint, do your scale, and the joint should correctly respond.

here is a screencast to illustrate.  First, I apply the scale after the joint, and you can see that the cylinder's position does not change.  Second, I roll back before the joint and apply the scale, and it does.
