Joints not moving in eye mechanism design!

Hi!
I have an eye mechanism design that is based on 2 servos. 1 servo for each axis. The horizontal axis moves without any problems, but the vertical axis seems stuck whenever I want to move it. The joints "jitter". I am fairly new to fusion and especially to joints and assembly. Please any help is greatly appreciated!

Modified one joint from Revolve to Cylindrical to free up the mechanism.  Your model seems to move OK now.  Model attached.

Thanks to your solution I figured out that one of my components was clipping into another one by changing it into a cylindrical joint. All I had to do was to rotate the motors vertically to eliminate any horizontal movement. Thanks you!
