joints blocking each other??

I am doing this as a joints project for school and have had good progress up to the point of the last few joints i have come to believe the problem is the part under

as disabling all connections to this piece allow other sections to move as soon as this is connected items are unable to move  i know in programs such as onshape one can fix an object though I have found no way of such a move in this software so this might be the problem that i fixed it without knowing  any help would be graciously recieved

if this problem is fixed the project would then be complete an I would be very grateful

One of your components in the first linkage, from the driving end, was fixed in space.  I think you accidentally did it when you were adding joints to the bolt and nut.   You will see the Rigid joint suppressed.  I labeled the driving joint to find it quickly.  I also took off some joint limits which were not necessary.  I removed one Revolve joint, at one end of the spring and replaced it will a Cylindrical joint and set the limits to give it a little slide room.  Model is attached.  Be careful you do not write over your existing files as I returned it as a F3Z file as you had it.

not sure why that nut was the problem deleted it and drafted it out from scratch and it was still giving the same problem so now that spot is just missing a nut a little odd to the eye but still works fine
