Joint Motion Limits (min and max) not working with negative values?

Hi all,

Beginner question, but it appears relatively simple - trying to understand how to add motion joints to things, so I thought I'd start with something super simple like a drawer moving in and out and following a tutorial.

It all appear intuitive and I select the slider motion joint, chose the right axis and it starts sliding in and out as I want.

Only issue is it's going too far, but figured this is what the min/max motion limits are for, so I adjusted the min to 0 and then set the max to around -700mm which looks spot on in the UI. However, on doing this second stage, it resets the min value to also -700mm, which breaks the motion.

Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong here?

I don't know if it's a bug and it's assuming that min values will always need to be lower than max values, however not realising that in negative space it's the opposite?

Unfortunately I can't work out how to flip the values or the motion either!?

Set min to -700, max to zero.

Might help....

Ahem! I'd call you genius, if it didn't somewhat underplay my own stupidity..... 😂

Sorted! Thanks for the help!
