Joins with revolution and contacts set does not do 360° regularly, but start and stop. Is this a bug ?

As images are better than a long text, I'll put a video. If I try to manually turn (with the mouse) my driving wheel, I can't do 360°, but it does 360 no problem if I animate just this join.

I am unable to reproduce this in my machine.

Could you  please attach your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section, of a forum post, to attach it.

Please find the attached video & Fixed f3d file. I have updated the Snap selection now this Joint is working as expected.
