It won't open a file for me

Hello I am working for a class project and when I try to open a file that has another object added I get the message of image 1, and in the bell I get this other message (image 2). The version of the program that I have installed is 2.0.10244 (image 3).
All this happens to me in the computer version if I try to open it from the mobile version (IOS) it lets me open it without problems. It would be very helpful if you solved the problem for me since I have very little time left to have to deliver the class work. Thanks

Open the file from your local cache.  It will repair the reference.  Use this web article to assist you in finding the cache files.  When you get there, they look a bit different but you will recognize the name with a lot of added characters.  Below is an example of my local cache folder.  By the way, the folders in Windows are read-only, I cannot say about MAC.  I have to make mine readable before I can use them.

It was worth it, but the version that has recovered is very old and the newer ones do not let me open, is there a solution for that?
