Issues with post processor (built in) High Feedrate Mapping

Is there some way to turn off the rapid movement in either the post processor or tool path generation? I am using fusion to create custom pieces with IDs cut into them requiring two seperate tool paths one for the ID and the other to actually cut the pieces. The issue comes about when I try and post process both of them together to our laser  as it reads the transition from the one tool path to the next as a rapid movement and then exports that as part of the G code which unfortunately reads as a cut path in our laser program meaning there is often a long line cutting through the entire sheet and multiple pieces. So is there a way to turn off the high feedrate mapping so it doesn't generate that extra cut line?
