Issue with drawing template when creating myltiple pages

I have made a drawing template with my companies letterhead attached in the top left corner, and the address next to it as text. When I select several components and create a drawing with multiple pages the first page displays as expected, and every subsequent page populates my view placeholders and displays the address just fine but the letterhead photo only appears on the first page. I need every page to look like my template. Am I doing something wrong or is that just the way it is? I have even tried making a multi-page template to see if it will apply the page settings individually to no avail.

Is there any way to track this or try to maybe get it escalated? My entire workflow is making a model with several components and then spitting out a drawing for each component with the company logo and a blank table I can fill in with production details on each page. Right now I have to generate the drawings and then export them to autocad paste in the logo and table to each page. Some weeks I have to make 4-500 drawings and this is killing my production. I will buy coffee and donuts if necessary.
