Issue with account type subscription.

I have had a personal/ hobby account since December of 2021. Yesterday, it was working fine, however, today it showed that my "30 day free trial" had expired and was locked out . I was instructed via an AutoDesk chat to do a reinstall to fix the error. After having done the reinstall, my personal/ hobby account is still showing a "30 day trial". Is there a way to fix this?
