Issue when using the fillet tool

Hi Guys,

Newby here playing about with the application and scratching my head when trying to fillet edges.

As you can see from the image below, my edge won't fillet to 0.10mm and I get the red line and warning. It does let me fillet to 0.05mm however??
The oval shape extrude on the right lets me fillet to 0.10mm just fine.

I'm perplexed.
Thanks

Are you using Tangent constraints on the sketch that creates the geometry?

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Hello and thanks for your reply.

The model originates from a 2D file which was extruded,
I'm trying to get rid of all 90 degree corners, so fillets everywhere, which is proving to be difficult.

File attached.

Thanks.

The geometry appears to be poor quality import... ...I cannot add Tangent between all curves.

I do not see where you mention Import or the source of the original geometry.

I would use only as reference in recreating native (tangent) arcs in Fusion.

The best Fillet radius I can get on this very tiny model is 0.12mm.  Model is attached.
