issue regrading file save

In my fusion 360 , I can't save my project in any form and it shows the save section as greyed out and I'm trying to use the shortcut key ( ctrl + s ) but it don't save up and I'm using the personal use of fusion .

You need to clarify if you’re saving to the cloud or your device. If it’s the cloud, the greyed-out save button just means it’s already saved or there’s nothing new. If you want to save to your computer, go to File → Export and choose the format and location
