Issue: Rectangular Path is different from preview and actual result

A rectangular path on a sketch line will display fine when selected as if I am about to edit it. But when I press 'ok', it is off from the direction line selected. I've looked at the following passed issues and they don't seem to be applicable. Any thoughts? Could a constant be causing this?

With preview the pattern is correct to the direction line
After pressing ok the pattern is off

Thanks for posting. I'm having a little bit of trouble recreating this issue in a new file - would you mind sharing the design shown in your screenshots with me? I'm happy to have a look at the pattern and try to figure out what is going on here.
