Issue currently not addressed on forums on loging into fusion 360

Unfortunately, I am having a hard time trying to get logged into fusion 360. First I start up the program. Secondly, I put in my credentials which are checked thoroughly for any errors which none came to exist. Third, after completing putting in my password, a message comes up saying "sign-in failure" as the title of the little box that also says within the box "there was an error logging into fusion 360. Follow this support article for possible solutions to this login issue." Then it has an option on the bottom right corner that says "OK". I have tried logging in numerous times without any luck and have even changed my password. I hope that my trial will not be affected by this error that I cannot control.

Hi @Anonymous

My apologies about the issue you are facing.
I think your login state might be messed up. Could you try deleting following folders and trying login again?

1. Quit Fusion.

2. Launch Windows Explorer and go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\Autodesk

Copy these folders and paste them in some other location as backup and delete them from the above location.

- Web Services

- Neutron Platform

3. Launch Windows Explorer and Go to C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk
Copy this folder and paste them in some other location as backup and delete it from the above location.
- Neutron Platform

4. Launch Fusion. It should ask you to login.

Hope this helps.
