is this an outdated video tutorial?

when following this video tutorial, it doesn't seem to match my version of software, being i just downloaded it i assume its the newest. can someone tell me if this video is accurate? go to time 3:08 and watch. maybe its me, but i can not add or remove constraints like he does. thanks!

His interface is the current one, maybe customised ribbon bar, but not an old version.

When you edit sketches, you should have most of those tools visible.

I will guess that you are not in Edit Sketch mode and the interface will be very different, and you can’t see the constraints to delete?

Q1; why are there so many constraints in the corner of picture #1  they were put there automatically, not by me

Q2; picture #2 when i try to add a constraint, it give me the message on the bottom right, and i can not get it to allow me to add the constraints

i believe i am in the sketch mode. 

i can remove a constraint but can not add it back once i remove it.

1. in your sketch is no reference to origin

2. Please share the file > File > export > save as f3d on local device  > attach it to the next post.

In the tutorial, after deleting the 3 constraints, he distorts the outline, 

if you do that, there wiil need a horizontal to put it back ......

Make 7 fillet curves equal, you get seven icons in the corner, expected behaviour.

i can add the horizontal constraint, but it will not let me add the one for the filet. i have moved it so its near identical to the one in the video. and followed what he says exactly, but it just doesnt allow me the same way his screen does.
