I have recently changed educational institution from highschool to college and I need to change the educational license request form. However, from the website it doesn't allow me to change the details of the request, it only lets me submit a new one with the same details. I tried talking to SheerID support and they told me I should contact Autodesk directly. However, no matter which button I press to request support it always redirects me to SheerID with no way to speak with Autodesk. Is there something I'm missing? It's ridiculous that there is no support email address or phone number anywhere.
