Is it possible to use one sketch for multiple sweeps?

I've created a sketch that I'm using to do a sweep cut along a path. Here's a picture to show what I'm doing (the sketch is the blue profile and it's cutting along a curved path).

I have multiple bodies throughout my project that I'd like to do this sweep cut on, and currently what I'm doing is creating a new sketch on a plane perpendicular to a face of each body and then copying the original sketch from place to place.

The problem with this approach is that if I need to modify the original sketch, I would then need to manually modify every other copy in exactly the same way to have a uniform sweep cut across all bodies in my project.

What I'd like to know is if I can use just the original sketch (in a parametric manner) in different places so if I need to change the cut outline I only have to do it in one sketch and all the other places it is used will update automatically.

Is this possible?

Thanks!

Can you File>Export your *.f3d file to your local drive and then Attach it here to a Reply?

Are you familiar with Derive?

It looks like you've used the derive feature and a few other things. I'm pretty new to Fusion 360 and while I want to do what you've shown I'm having a hard time following it all.

If it isn't too much trouble, would you please upload a video that shows the start sequence (from a new empty project) to get to where you begin your video at? It would help me a ton.

Thank you!

In my method, I am copying the profile only and transferring it between new components.  It stays on my clipboard (Windows) until I replace it, so I can create any shape I want with the same profile.  Using my method, you will end up with your top level assembly and multiple components under it.  By the way, the sketch can even be pasted into a new sketch in a complete new model file, which I did not show in the video.  I attached the model I used in the video.
