No.  Forms/Sculpt/T-Splines are history free.  There is no notion of a timeline or captured sequence of operations in this mode.  If you are still in the same session, undo/redo can give you an idea of how your form changed over time, but there is no parametric editing of Form geometry.

May I ask why not just aslo add the timeline function for form? I think isn't a problem with software technique right?

No, it really doesn't make a lot of sense, unless you want to do procedural modeling.

In normal T-Spline or Sub-D modeling, topology is created differently than in a parametric modeling software.

The only software I know that can do some of this is SideFX Houdini, which is aimed at a completely different user base than Fusion 360.

I think this is an example of "be careful what you ask for".  If you've ever watched an expert design with T-Splines (Form workspace), you will see hundreds, or even thousands of small tweaks to the form.  It is a highly interactive process.  If each of these were captured as a timeline feature, you would have a very unwieldy timeline.  The main reason for capturing history is if you ever want/need to go back and edit one of those features.  I just cannot imagine ever going back and editing an Edit Form feature that you have made in the past.

Thank your explanation!

A Suggestion for a Timeline but in a new way:  A Form Specific Timeline.

When you open forms it puts you in a new environment anyway so why not let it have its own timeline that is specific to that form?   So as you are tweaking and modifying a Form for that specific form it shows a new timeline on the bottom only for that form which allows you to capture each move so later it can be retweaked.  When you get out of Forms the timeline for that Form disappears.  It only shows up when that particular Form is edited.  So each Form created in a project will have its specific timeline that is hidden until that specific form is edited.  It would be nice when editing those tweaks that they are independent of the one before so at any point in the timeline you can suppress one with the option of the tweaks you made afterward are all suppressed or only that particular one is suppressed and the rest regenerate as if the one you suppressed was never made.

I was just looking for same.  Designing a facial interface for a VR headset and needed a 32mm wide ribbon that fits flush against the face. I wanted to be able to easily modify slope of forehead, distance between temples, slope of cheek and temple, etc. I started with a parametric 3D sketch of a spline that followed a rough curve of the head.  Then create a form by using surface sweep of a 1.6 x 32mm rectangle along the spine path.  There are a dozen t-spline loops in the resulting form you can grab in edit form mode to customize from there. I can manually record the loops used, just a few at a time, and the push and angle parameters.  I too wanted a timeline I wasn't making a thousand changes only 5 or 6 and all numeric. Like the other guy said the best you can get is transient undo/redo list.

Anyway I just wanted to give a use case for a sculpting timeline.
