Hello. I am trying to make a simple 5mm through hole LED solder assist board. I want to it be effectively dual sided. So I want to put silkscreen lines and labels on both sides of the board. But anytime I try it says clipboard buffer is empty and some others (I'll explain that in a bit). I honestly have no idea what this means. If it means there's nothing in the clipboard, then that's kind of a dumb and abnormal way to say it. Additionally I don't know what to do about it.
I'm currently trying to do this by clicking on a value label or silkscreen shape for a component, pushing ctrl + c, and trying to press ctrl + v. That's when it errors and says I can't do that. I also have a problem trying to only select the silkscreen of a component. I try selecting the part outline and it selects the whole thing and says it won't duplicate and add another component. This is logical but not even what I want obviously. It tries copying the pads and everything, I just want the silkscreen.
I don't know what else to do besides manually redraw the silkscreen under the topside silk screens, but literally no one wants to do that. Any suggestions?
