Invite to Project

The email address box used to invite team members to a project is grayed out and won't let me enter an address.  I must be missing something stupidly simple.  But what am I missing?

Is this a project you created or a default one from fusion?

These are original projects in the Project folder (not the Default folder).

Do other projects work?

So i'm thinking that if it works with another project it will confirm my suspicion that the Admin project is created by us by default. Only hub admins can be an admin to that project. If that is a personal hub and not admin - it would just be you.

I can't share any of my projects; the invite email field is grayed out on all of them.

I'm sorry, I do not understand your response.  I created my projects withing the Admin folder (not the Default folder).  It doesn't seem to matter where I create or save a project.  I can't invite anyone to share any of them.  The email field is grayed out.

What is the correct way to create a new project and where should I save it in order for it to be sharable?

Could you actually try the same on web interface and let me know how it looks.

There could be multiple reasons on why this button is disabled:

1. you have inactive license entitlement.

2. You might be on others hub with Personal entitlement?

etc.,

Sasi

The invite button is greyed out there as well.

I'm finding the "entitlement" structure very confusing. Can you instruct me on how to find my entitlement?

Sure no worries, I can help you out on that.

Log in to manage page and click on All Products and services to see what entitlement you have for Fusion360.

Easiest way: what do you see in Fusion 360 top banner? - Trial ends in X days or For educational use or For Hobbyist/Personal use or For startup use

If my post answers your question, please click the "Accept Solution" button. This helps everyone find answers more quickly!

Sasi
