Invisible parts and title block in drawings

Title block and other lines only show up while highlighted or while clicking and dragging.

This is what it looks like when I try to create a drawing.

Any suggestions are welcome.

Sorry to hear that you are having trouble. The issue is believed to be caused by a recent Windows update that has rolled back some graphics drivers. I assume that you have an AMD graphics card?

You will need to update your graphics driver directly from AMD's website, to get to the driver, follow the arrows in the image below, this will get you to AMD's website
