Hide Sketch2.

Extrude the 4 corner posts Symmetrically 2400mm as shown in image.

TheCADWhisperer_0-1635249560767.png

Click on image above for larger view.

Make Sketch1 visible again.

Join.png

Extrude the 4 bottom beams as shown.

Looking at your previous model - I think you want to set this to extrusion to Join.

TheCADWhisperer_1-1635250007652.png

TheCADWhisperer_2-1635250310671.png

Extrude the floor as shown.  (Select the top of the bottom beam for the Object to extrude from.)

...and the result...

TheCADWhisperer_3-1635250436183.png

Repeat for the top beams.

TheCADWhisperer_7-1635250850732.png

Then the fun stuff begins.

Attach your file here for next set of steps.

(Don't try this on your own - I made a mistake that we need to fix.  We will say that I made the mistake on purpose as a learning exercise. Yeah, that's the ticket.  That's my story and I'm sticking to it...)

Sketch1 in your latest Attachment is not fully defined?

I thought that we mastered this already?

In my work I can't just toss what I "learned" yesterday and then start designing aircraft.

In my work this is what ACCURACY as you put it in your thread title is all about.

A Wall Thickness of 1mm is pretty thin.

Is that what you really really intended?  (I thought you had 3mm in the original design?)

Edit:  A quick bit of searching would seem to indicate 2mm thickness.

Also some taper and bends, but we'll come back to that.

Rectangular Pattern the Body as shown above. (Select the Y axis for Direction.)

TheCADWhisperer_1-1635770520997.png

3mm wall thickness is what I intended and what is actually, but Charlie doesn't pay attention to detail, before clicking and a small mistake like this turns into a almighty mess because he doesn't know how to fix it, but allas he tries, result delete everything start over.

No, no, no.

Simply right click on the Extrude feature in the Timeline.

Select Edit Feature.

Change the 1mm thickness to 3mm.

I was meant to select components in the circular pattern.

Drag the playhead in the Timeline back to just after Sketch1 was created.

TheCADWhisperer_0-1635953530098.png

Notice that we can go back and forth to any spot on the Timeline.

Now create Sketch2.
