So I've been troubleshooting a recent issue with my mouse when it's on Bluetooth, the pointer will freeze or get stuck in one place. The trackpad works fine. Bluetooth still shows its connected at this time. It's one of those Logitech gaming mouse that can use a lightspeed receiver. When using it on the receiver its fine. I've tried rebooting my computer multiple times. The frequency is roughly every 30 seconds to 2 minutes it does this. My pointer will be unresponsive for roughly 5 to 10 seconds. Now the super weird thing is I have had Fusion 360 open. If I close Fusion 360, the problem returns. This is 100% repeatable. This bug is so reliable its like a light switch. As soon as I start up Fusion 360 the problem returns. And when I close it, the problem goes away. Even after rebooting my PC. Does Fusion 360 have some sort of Bluetooth our mouse conflict?

I am having the same issue, just started yesterday, day before everything was fine.  Mouse and trackpad are dead any other windows open (Excel, Firefox, Task Manager).  Closing those windows makes no difference.

Task Manager does not show any odd process or component load.

My trackpad however is also dead until F360 releases it.  Keyboard works OK.

Still having issues. I've tried a few mouses now. Two logitech G603 (original mouse I was using), logitech m720, and logi mx master 2s. When in bluetooth mode, all have the same issue. the M720 has a USB receiver mode. When using a receiver, the problem is gone. But it's annoying because the whole point of buying a bluetooth mouse is so you don't have to plug a USB in. Especially since I've used this mouse for about 5 years with no issues until now. Interestingly I also have this issue when Solidworks is open. So its CAD and bluetooth related it seems. I have a dell precision if that matters.

I have been working with Autodesk tech support for a week and a half, mostly email "Here, try this", and one remote desktop session and that still has not cured it.

I have tried the USB dongle mice and those are fine, but even another brand of Bluetooth mouse has the same issue.  Normally I am OK with the dongle, except that my laptop only has 2 ports, and it runs my CNC table that requires 2 USB ports.

This has to be a linked problem to Autodesk and Bluetooth peripherals.  I don't know what else could be the link.

ETA - I have included a link to this forum topic to the Tech Support rep so that maybe either you will get some help, or get more attention to the issue.
