Interference Mystery

Just about to finish part 4 (59:00min.) of Brad Tallis' Pencil Sharpener Project when I went to do an "Interference" check and got an error...

 Any ideas on how to correct in interference?

I believe that issue was addressed in a later issue of the series, fast forward....
