Installation Issue with Fusion 360 - Log File Attached

Dear Fusion 360 Support Team,

I am encountering an issue while trying to install Fusion 360 on my system. The installation process fails, and the error message states that it is not possible to determine the cause of the issue.

To assist you in diagnosing the problem, I have attached the log file as instructed in your error troubleshooting guide.

Could you please review the logs and provide guidance on how to resolve this issue? I am eager to get Fusion 360 running and appreciate your support in resolving this matter.

@Brandybest Thanks of the video. 

1. So every time you launch Fusion, you are presented with the Fusion service utility and it looks like you are doing a repair of Fusion? You did this for the video or is this how you launch the product every time? 

2. I see that you are on multiple monitors, can you reduce this to only the main monitor and see if that launches Fusion? 

3. When you went into the recent and found Fusion in there as part of the previous clean up did you clear that launcher from that location? 

I am very curious on why the launch using the Fusion launcher takes you straight to the service utility.

Hi,

By some miracle, Fusion is now working again. I am not sure exactly what resolved the issue, but the application is launching properly without taking me to the service utility. I have also verified that everything appears to be functioning as expected.
