INSPECTION RESULTS PROBLEM

good morning,
as you can see in the attached images, both the simulation in fusion360 and in the machine everything proceeds at its best, while when I import the data the error appears and the points are not in the correct position.
The origin of setup is in the correct position and aligned also with the origin "project" on purpose not to have different problems.
Let me know if you have any information or to know where I am wrong.

If you could attach your Fusion project and results file that would be excellent. I'm sure we can work out from there what's going on.

Hi, This is a very interesting one. 

 

There seem to be decimal points missing from your results file. See the orange dots on the G800 line where the decimal should be.

What post processor are you using?

What machine and controller are you using?

 

If you have made any mods to your post can you attach it please.

Also If you do have the NC code you ran on the machine and could attach that it would be very helpful as well.

I attach my post processor that I'm using and also the program in Gcode.
my machine is a Kitamura 4xt and control and an Arumatik that would be a mitsubishi, but on Fanuc basis.

Hi @info,

 

So it does seem that the DPRNT on your controller cannot output a decimal directly. However it can if it is being referenced from a macro variable.

 

So I have expanded a few lines and wrote the information into a macro variable to then write it back in the DPRNT line. Its added more lines of code but hopefully will work for you. 

 

If you could give this a try please and then let me take a look at the results file I will be able to check if its working as intended.

Hi @info,

 

Sorry, I had a typo in the post, the G800's were coming out as G801's

This post should work now.

Good morning @Richard.stubley ,
I am trying to align the C axis with the angular touch probe, but instead of aligning the C axis, it corrects it in the A axis, so instead of rotating the 4th axis, it does so in the 5th axis.

in attachment I also send you the macro that I use now.
I made this one myself through the renishaw cycles and it works well.
The important thing is that the start of the probing cycle always has the code G10L2P1C0 so that the axis is always zeroed before probing, otherwise the incremental always goes.
While to move the C axis to the right position, use the incremental:
#523=#144(ANGLE X).
G10L2P1C#144
G0C0.
