Inserting Connector Bolt Pattern

Does anyone have a better way of doing this? In SolidWorks I used a library feature part, and that was a bit faster.

I think you can effectively use the method outlined in this Blog Article and Video to do what you want.  I think you will be most interested in the second part of the video where I am placing wood screw holes in a model.
