Insert fastener not "loading"

Hello All

When I tried to use the command Insert fastener

the command not "start" I change the Wifi , and also check the URL connectivity (network diagnostic tool) that check OK

Is someone have this issue ? how can I solve it ?

Hi Eladm,

 we are very sorry for issue with using Insert Fastener command. It seems to be working well on our side, so it could be some temporary outage of our service(s) which should be resolved now.

Could you try to restart the Fusion and start Insert Fastener command again, please ?

restart didn't helped .I think this command "using" a web site that blocked , the network diagnostic is all OK
