Inaccurate Screw Dimensions in Hole Tool

I am trying to design a part with a 1/4-20 screw flush with the surface, so I used the clearance fit selection in the hole tool to create the right dimensions on the countersink for the flush fit. Later when in an assembly, I imported a 1/4-20 screw from McMaster Carr and constrained it, only to find that the dimensions given by the hole tool made the screw either sit proud of the surface, or (if I constrain the screw to be flush) interfere with the part. I will attach a picture for reference. The size of the clearance hole for the threads looks good, so the problem is with the countersink only. I measured the screws my company is currently using for assembly, and they are the same size as the screws from McMaster Carr, so the screw model is not out of spec.

My question is this: Can I reference the table Fusion 360 is using for their screws and change it? I haven't had any luck browsing the forum thus far, although I'm sure I'm not the first one with this issue.

Thank you!

It's a through hole without any threads, so that option doesn't appear. Thanks though!

Hi,

Sorry, I wrote too quickly and overlooked the fact that it's about countersink.
