Inability to Cancel Jobs Failing to Upload

I am unable to cancel 31 jobs currently trying to run as the "Cancel" is not available to click in the Job Status dialog. Is there any other way to cancel these jobs? I am not sure why the jobs are failing as my network is working but this is crippling my ability to do new work.

It seems likely that there are some network issues that these are getting stuck in the first place. Once you clear the jobs and if you still have this problem, it will be good to have your log files to see what could be happening.
