In generative design, when I click on the generative icon I get a message saying "results are already available and up-to-date."

When I click on the generative icon I get a message saying "results are already available and up-to-date." However, when I click on the Explore icon, I get the message "There are no outcomes for any generated studies." Previously, when generative design was run, nothing was created in the Explore window. Can you please check what is the problem?
