impossible to reinstall fusion 360

Hello

I am french and i tried to reinstall fusion 360 because it was impossible to make update. i tried to repair it , to desinstall it but it doesnt work.

So i try to reinstall it but it doesnt work also.

Here is the log i dont know how to read to see the problem.
