There seems to be a recent update. Now if I download a step file from McMaster, for example, then I open it in Fusion 360 and save it into the current project. Now when I try to insert it into the current assembly, I get the warning "Designs inserted from another Hub will not be linked. Components from the selected design will be copied into this design."
The model is not used in any other project.
Another component I created myself is doing the same thing. I created it and saved it, then I tried to insert it into the current design. I got the same warning, and the part is inserted without its link to the original designed part.
This is new to me, and I have been using Fusion 360 for many years now. What's up?
