Importing parameters from CSV not working anymore

The "import/export parameters (CSV)" add-in doesn't update parameters anymore. This was working until September at least. Quite frustrating, each new monthly F360 update carries its wave of bugs and broken features.

So, to be more precise, new parameter names from the CSV are added in the design, but existing parameter names in the design aren't updated, none of expression/value or comment fields.

The add-in was recently updated to be compatible with the latest releases. Whenever an add-in stops functioning, which is rare, you need to see if there's a new version that is compatible with the latest Fusion 360 release. It's not always possible to support add-ins perpetually within Fusion itself. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Download the new version:

And thanks for letting us know about your experience with updates. Please let us know what you find broken after the next update.

That worked, thank you !

Suggestion : maybe some kind of warning when an add-in or script might need to be updated. At least those from Autodesk.

Other than that, I experience some issues when cascading features that are driven by parameters.

Issues raise sometimes after a parameter value change.

This is not blocking me for now. If I find a simple case that can be reproduced I'll start another thread (or you can look at my project, I assume you may have access to users cloud).

Thanks again.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Regarding cascading parametric failures, please create a new post, and include a model. Glad to look.

And just FYI, there is no way for Autodesk to view your private data. We cannot, and would never, ever, do such a thing. That's your data.  You are always free to invite one of us to your project, but it's much better to just provide a copy of a design if at all possible.
