Icons in toolbar reset

The saved icons in my Fusion 360 toolbar are gone.  Not a big deal to redo it, but it's a bit annoying.  Fusion 360 was down for a bit yesterday - not Fusion running on my computer, but on Autodesk's side.  I wonder if this had the effect of resetting my toolbar.  Also, when I opened Fusion after Autodesk was up again, I had to login.

Hi @SGoldthwaite,

Thank you for your posting!

It's strange..becuase the customizations should be saved to the cloud and if you lost your ID information, It seems that the option couldn't save on your account.

would you mind resetting everything?

1. How to reset to the default layout in Fusion 360

2. Set default Preference

3. Clear local cahe

4. Delete Web service folder (Before deleting, please create the backup file)

    Windows - c:\users\<username>\appdata\local\autodesk

    OSX - /users/<username>/library\application support\autodesk

After that please set your preference. could you let me know the result?

I look forward to your reply.

Many thanks,

Ahreum.

I reset everything as you suggested.  Everything looks fine, but it always looked fine.  It's just that it reset my toolbar after the Fusion cloud outage.  I did restart Fusion to make sure my toolbar didn't change, and it was okay.

One thing I noticed is when I move my Fusion window around on my desktop, the toolbar temporarily disappears.  But sometimes it doesn't come back. If I click on the datapanel icon to make the data panel appear, the toolbar will come back.

Are my toolbar setting supposed to sync across computers?  I just opened Fusion on another computer and see that the toolbar was also reset there.  Since the toolbar reset happened on both computers, the cloud outage being the cause seems even more likely.

Also, I noticed a tool I added to my cloud tool library yesterday was not saved to the cloud.  I just re-added it and it seems to be okay.  I've had problems in the past with tools in my cloud library not showing up on other computers, or even disappearing.
