I would like to create a three-dimensional object like the one in the attached photo. I have no idea how to create it. I would appreciate it if you could teach me how to do it. Thank you in advance.

I would approach this with T-Spline (Form) modeling.

I should be able to create a screencast how I would model this later today.

Nice work @davebYYPCU !

 

I used your model and improved the topology. That allows me to use the solid shell tool to create consistent wall thickness.

Naturally, shelling at a thinner wall thickness is easy. 

I modified the model in Blender, but this can be done as well in Fusion. It's just so much faster for me in Blender.
