I've lost all of my projects since updating Fusion360!

I updated to the latest version of Fusion 360 yesterday and changed my email address to my Educational Organisation to get access to generative design features, However I've lost all of my previous projects! I had several very important projects in my Fusion Hub, and they do not appear there any more. Why has this happened and how do I recover all my data?

Hi @M.J.Whittingham ,

 

It's possible it was changing the email that broke this. If you visit Fusion Team do you get any errors when trying to access your data or log in? Is it the same symptom - no data?

 

Can you PM me the old and new email address so I can get this fixed?

Hi James,

 

I changed my email back and it worked briefly but now when I sign in, or visit the Fusion Hub I get this error:

I cannot access Fusion at all now. I have solid wired internet connection and no connectivity problems.

Hi @M.J.Whittingham ,

 

Can you change your email to what you want it to be, then send me a PM of the old email and the new. Then I can create a ticket for our cloud ops team to fix this.
