I moved my projects to TEAM. How can I move them back?

I saw the message about fusion team today and created a team and moved all my projects to it. I didn't really understand the problems that this would create....

All my projects disappeared from my personal space and transferred to my Team. Now all the cam templates, cam toollibraries and clould post processors are not accessible via my Team tab... Is there a way to transfer all my projects back to my personal space?

I don't understand this new feature really....

Hi @jimskeet2002 ,

The upgrade of projects from single-user storage (fka personal hub)  to the nexgen Fusion Team environment is one-directional. May I ask what is it that you discovered that is prompting going backwards?  You do get more collaboration, control and functionality support within Fusion Team for personal projects that you upgrade over to Team.

It appears you are dealing now with a transition period of using two environments, called out above. Please make use of the "Team Switcher in Data Panel" called out  with our March 2020 What's New. https://www.autodesk.com/products/fusion-360/blog/march-2020-product-update-whats-new/.

Until you transition over upgrading your individual projects to Team, you might be seeing already or start seeing soon a recommendation dialog to upgrade to Team. My highest recommendation is move from your individual single-user storage to Team to gain more collaboration, control and functional data management goodies within it, and reduce/halt using the former.

This is a one-time project upgrade for your user-defined project.  If you are using our OOTB system project "Assets" to manage your CAM artifacts, you would need to extract and load its contents into Team separately. Try this link. https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autodesk-hsm/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/C...

Hope this helps,

I am having the same issue, not being able to move folders back from Teams. I am an educator and followed the prompt to move to Teams, now all of my prep folders are in Teams and fully visible to my students (which I don't want).

Questions:

- How do I move these back to my personal space?

--If not possible (this is a stupid rule, why not?), how do I make them private within Teams so my students can not see them?

- How do I stop that **** prompt from coming up every single time I load into Fusion 360?

Thanks

The issue is that I am just a hobbyist that do personal projects and I do not need the collaboration goodies so much. I didn't realize what was gonna happen when I clicked to transfer all my projects to TEAM.

Also the main issue is that all my assets were absent from TEAM. I have saved and uploaded the stuff I needed to TEAM assets since I don't see any other way of transferring my projects back to my personal space. I guess I just have to get used to it but I think it is not a useful thing for everybody and I would like to have the option to stay just in my personal space and move my projects back.

This has happened to me too. Bad communication Fusion team...

We need an UNDO feature, not everyone is in a team!

Hi,

Team in Fusion can also be a single person.

Just this much:
Insert fastener and configurations are not available in single user mode.

The only way to move a design from a Team project/folder is to open the model and export it to your local drive.  Go to the Data Panel and switch to your Single User Storage location, if it is still available, open the model from your hard drive and then save  it to your Single User Storage location.  It is a long and hard process and you really do not want to do it.  Single User Storage is soon to be eliminated and your will lose out on a number of Fusion Processes if you do not use a Team storage solution.  Things like Insert Fasteners to mention one.
