Please help me to resolve my error.
I have created the p-clamp with using configuration option. I'm facing the model error one more configuration 2. Configuration 1 is working perfect.

You need to attach your model so the Forum users can find the error. A picture helps but the model is needed. Open the model, select the File menu, the Export and save the file to your hard drive. Attach it using the attachment section of a reply post.

Accepted solution
You went a little overboard with adding sketch constraints. I removed a lot of your Symmetrical constraints and replaced them with horizontal and vertical and a few others. I find symmetrical sketch constraints, especially with used in excess, can lead to problems. Model is attached.
