I have a years subscription to Fusion 360 that came with my purchase of a 3D printer. I really like Fusion, it is the solution my company has been looking for, however, a lot of the tools in fusion do not work! It is hard to evaluate a new piece of software that only partially works. Since I have a promotional copy Autodesk has no intention of supporting this software, which is a shame because if it did work I would be continuing subscribing to it after my promotional period. But I have tried to ask why, mirror tools, array tools, decal tool, and several others don't work, but those requests fall on deaf ears. Autodesk seems intent on selling as many copies of Fusion as possible, but not supporting the companies that have already purchased their software, and just because it came as an add on to a printer purchase, a deal you made and was not forced on you, you should still support your product. So what do I do now? Do I re-scribe when my subscription is up and just hope that the software works, or buy something else from someone else.

Hi @erickerBGST9,

I'm sorry to hear some of the tools aren't working for you!

Can you please give some more details about which tools aren't working and what happens when you try and use them? If you could make a quick screencast showing what happens, that'll help identify the source of the issues more quickly. (This link has more information on how to make a screencast)

Hello Kate:

I do have some more clues as to what is happening. I have downloaded Fusion 360 to two different terminals so I can work from 2 different locations, and both these machines are running windows 7 and Fusion 360 works great on windows 7 machines. The main machine I us is running windows 10 pro and it is the one that I am having problems running Fusion 360 on. The dialog boxes for most of the tools never appear when using Fusion on my windows 10 MSI mobile workstation.
