I don't see an option to add a light source. Did fusion get rid of the option?

I am trying to add a light source to my render and I came across a support page showing the option in the Appearances window but I don't see the option and when I search for it, it doesn't pop up. How can I add a light source? My fusion is up to date but I'm not using the paid subscription if that helps.

Fusion doesn't have built in light sources.

You can use the different environments in the render set-up and manipulate their orientation.
You can also add objects and assign emissive appearance materials.
