I don't receive email to renew my Fusion 360 license

I send the request to renew the fusion 360 startup license, but I don't receive any email yet, I completed the form, more than ten business days ago. My Fuision 360 license expires today. I Make sheet metal products to sell them, I am an entrepeneur in early stage I earn less than $ 100k a year. Please review my case, Fusion its important to me for continue working.

Please try to log out and restart Fusion 360. Log in again with your startup account. Is it fixed?
