I don't have free cloud render credits with my Startup plan?

Hi F360 staff,

I read that I should have free render credits with my Startup plan in Fusion 360, but when I choose to cloud render I get an alert that it exceeds my credits.

With some small renderings around 1-3 credits I can get acces to render the image, but now I would like to make an 360 video, but I'm not allowed to do so?

Is there something wrong with my Startup plan or?

Can you please take a look at it and get back to me, as I'm using it every day 😞

Hi @Anonymous ,

There is a limit to how many cloud credits a free user can spend at one time. Off of the top of my head I believe it is 16 CC is the max a free user can spend on one item. My guess is the video you are creating exceeds this cost.
