i cant install fusion 360

fusion  360  run in  my laptop for 2 days

in  the 3rd day it didnt  open and says some error and also says reinstalling may solve the problem

so that iam trying to reinstall  but i cant.

 

what can i do?

What error is it ? Can you post a screen shot of the error or copy paste the error? 

 

Can you also follow this article and attach the log files?

Did you use CLEAN UINSTALL?

@gaailelkipbrian Please try a machine restart and restart of your network router to see if that solves the problem.
