i cannot see my projcet form a360

yesterday i create fusion project using A360, and i renamed it, but suddently there are error messeges in 'red" it says: " the operation couldn't be performed" and i refresh my browser and eventually i can't see all my project , but when i accesed it from fusion , the file is still there and the project is still there, and i confirmed also to my students which in those project , they still can see the project and files their A360.

i also tried to create a new project, but after i click create, then the project was gone ( dissapiered ) from my screen.

Note: i used edu account

i add information:

 

when i acessed the project trough Fusion360, then at upper said :" we're unable to synchronized your project"

Can you try toggling from "pinned" to "all" projects?

Does the project show up in the data panel in Fusion 360? Can you share an image of the error "we're unable to synchronize your project"?

 

If you upload the diagnostic log files to this forum discussion it may be helpful for me to review.

thanks for your respond, 

 

I still need help, 

- I sill cannot see my project in A360 ( attached "all"  screen shoot)

- I can create a new project from Fusion and can invite people, but this project cannot see from A360 also can't see from mobile app device.

- I can't Synchronize in Fusion 360 ( Attached Screen shoot)

- some of my project in Fusion is missing.

also I attached the diagnostic you ask for.

 

i appreciate if you can help me on this, because i am a lecturer and I have to invite my students in the projects by next week, the class has already started, I have more than 150 students using Fusion in my university.
