I cannot renew my student licence

So to start off with I got into fusion 360 through my school. I recieved a student licence this was 4-5 years ago and suddenly the licence stopped and a notification popped up in the top right saying "expired buy now" I clicked on it an when through the channels for get it renwed for free through the student licencing programe but nothing has happened and I havent received any email to update me.

Educational lisence expires in 3 years. Here is a way to renew it:

Ive done that and nothing has happened. It has been a couple of days and still shows the "Expired: buy Now" button at the top right.

I cannot do my work if this programme is not going to renew.

Did you click to renew within the Fusion environment? If so, I think there might be a known bug where this does not work. Maybe try renewing/re-authenticating your education licence through the fusion sign up route instead.

Hi! My student licence won't update into a fusion 360 . My status as a student is confirmed thru Sheerid but Expired: Subscribe Now button wont chanege. I have tried to close the program and sing out.

I had the same problem. Seems to be a bug going through the in app programme path. Try installing/validating fusion 360 through this web link Student and Education Software | 1-Year License | Autodesk Education Community
