I cannot open my model on my 2nd computer

In looking at the version number of the two installs of Fusion 360 the one I am unable to open the model in is clearly an older version. I have even tried exporting the f3d file and opening that instead of doing it over the cloud.

 

I have tried updating but every time I do it says I have the latest version.

Versions

2.0.13162 wont open file.

2.0.14337 opens file fine.

 

Operating systems are different older version is on windows 10 and newer is on windows 11 maybe the update isn't available for windows 10????

 

I get "unable to open" it may not have synced correctly.

If the design was saved on the newer Fusion 360 version. You need to update the older version on windows 10 to the latest version. If the auto-update of Fusion 360 is not working, you can uninstall/reinstall it manually.

@beatified Version 13162 is from our May 2022 update. The other version you have is our latest update. Files saved in the latest will not be backwards compatible with older versions. 

AS mentioned, I would go into the machine with older version, Go to add/remove programs, Select Autodesk Fusion 360, select Edit and this should launch the Fusion service utility. Select "Fusion repair" and this should get you to the latest version.

Thank you Add Remove Programs and Repair updated it even when trying to manually update to the latest version.
