@jeffdoce The installer you have is outdated. Please download the installer again and that should get it going.

@jeffdoce

ERROR :: The processes named "fusionlauncher.exe", "adexmtsv.exe", "fusion360.exe" and "qtwebengineprocess.exe" are running, which stop uninstalling the application.

Can you stop all these process from running, then restart your machine and try again (redownload the installer)

@jeffdoce Ok, does this steps help then?

1. Restart your machine
2. Go to explorer and type %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

In my humble opinion, Fusion 360 has some systemic problem that shouldn't
be hardware-related.
It started on Monday of this week. It crashed while changing the colors of
an object.
