I can't make a pipe from my spline

I can't make a cylinder pipe from the spline I made, I just keep getting errors. any ideas?

thank you for your video it is very detailed and helps a lot.  I have a new issue now when I try move my pipe it changes the shape of the pipe.  here is the video https://autode.sk/2XDTpB1

select : move object > bodies (not faces!)

@jdoger95  It is happening because, you have to understand the move command.

There are 2 things you're doing wrong.

1. In the move command panel, you selected "Face" instead of "Bodies". Face moving is a direct edit command which allows to change dimension. Body move is just used to move body.

2. Clicking the move triad "scale" plane sometimes. You should only click and drag the "Arrow" of move triad to move. Not the planes or the wheels. See the picture below.
