How to Split and Move Mesh Bodies?

Hi, I am trying to move and rotate these wheels so I can print? I feel like I've tried everything to select and split these two objects. However, as of now nothing seems to work, and these wheels move together. Can someone please help me with this?

This is badly corrupted geometry. (I'm surprised that you can't see the issues?)

Do you have the original source geometry?

Yes, here it is. Those gaps and bits were from me deleting the rest of the tank by hand in order to print out just the wheels without anything on them.

I would use this only as reference in remodeling from scratch as native Fusion geometry.

Thank you. Unfortunately I won't be able to do that for a long while as I'm just starting out. I redid the "cut out" of the wheels, do you think this will print? Why can I not move/rotate the individual wheels, why does it always select both as a block?

You still have one extraneous surface on the drive gear wheel.

Then you will need to Patch the open holes and Stitch.
